A Dynamic Course that explores Philosophies of the East and West.  It includes a weekly practical exercise:

1. Human Being: Who am I?
The identity behind the multiple facets of the personality. Learn to recognize energy, emotions, thoughts and intuitions, to better express them in your daily life.

2. Wisdom of India
How to recognize and overcome inner challenges of fear and doubt

3. Advice from Buddha
How we can face suffering and fear, and move beyond difficulties

4. Tibetan Wisdom
Discover our inner senses, and develop the powers of the mind through concentration

5. Confucius, Chinese Philosopher
Working towards a world with more justice through integral ethics. The qualities of a good leader.

6. Ancient Egypt
Understand human values and explore living harmoniously with the laws of nature.

7. Socrates
How to be oneself in a superficial world

8. Plato and Greek Philosophy
Finding freedom by discovering the potential of the soul and expressing the best of oneself. How to go beyond appearances and develop discernment

9. Rome and Stoicism
How we can develop calmness, serenity and self-mastery.

10. Destiny, evolution and the cycles of time
Where do we come from and where are we going? How can we build our future

11. To be a philosopher and a world citizen
Practical philosophy and the development of human values. Various facets of philosophy applied worldwide everyday
