Theatre Alchemy

Experience theatre as a laboratory for self-knowledge.

At its origin the theatre was conceived not for the spectators but for actors.
Playing a role is a powerful way to channel and integrate the essence
of a new perspective.

Acquire greater self-confidence, oratory skills and experience philosophical gems of wisdom through theatre.

Four themes will be explored:

The Bhagavad Gita  (Hindu epic wisdom)
Zen Humour  (Buddhist humouristic wisdom)
Dialogue with the Soul  (Egyptian initiatic wisdom)
The Myth of the Cave  (Greek allegoric wisdom)

Each workshop contains dramatic art warm ups and exercises using excerpts from these sources of wisdom.
